I was working in Las Vegas and found them through the local dealership Sin City Indian. I contacted Concord Ridenow Powersports and Jim kept in touch with me for over 4 months while I finished working in Vegas. I was finally able to make it to Concord when I returned to the east coast. The entire staff knew my name before I arrived and I was given a warm welcome. I'd been searching for a front tire for my '94 Honda Magna. I didn't like the fact that the prices were all over the place. I got a hold of the folks at Ride Now Concord. Best price hands down. And, free installation! They installed my tire. Replaced a couple bolts in the rear fender free of charge. And, they I did a state inspection, also free of charge. The folks at Ride Now are awesome! Part #1 - Had my Victory CC in for tires, and "unfortunately" due to a mix up on the tires the bike was there a little longer than normal. That extra time allowed a '16 Roadmaster with less than 6K miles to be traded in. Well, to make a long story short, somebody else is enjoying those new tires on the Victory because I left RideNow on that Indian. The sales team/financing team are all great and stayed after closing to finalize all of the paperwork.

Part#2: Discovered the Indian stage 3 upgrade kit for the Roadmaster. RideNow was running a promotion on these and since I already had Rinehart slip ons, the parts/service team worked with me on the parts that I needed and didnt need, which allowed me to get the heavy duty clutch in the package. Well if you are on the fence about the Stage 3 upgrade here is my advice - JUST DO IT!!!! It exceeded my expectations in every way - more power, more torque, and that "loping" sound from the cams is awesome. The stage 3 truly transforms an already powerful, "torquey" bike into a monster, or as one of the quotes from a magazine review said ".......a fire breathing dragon". Special thanks to Rosie for all of her help.

It has been awhile since I have received a "soup to nuts" personalized service, when buying a vehicle. I walked in wanting a 2017 Indian Vintage...found it...they put it on hold...all the while giving me a fair trade in on two motorcycles. Then, when my wife came to look at what I had on hold...found a beautiful 2017 Indian Springfield! I would have have never looked at it, if it weren't for her. Then all the paperwork had to be changed...we had to add accessories...then they gave me even more for my trade ins! Then on top of it all, due to time crunch, delivered the motorcycle to my home...and picked up the trade ins!

"Richie" in the business office/finance department coordinated and was the leader all the way! He was patient, and stayed late (beyond closing) while we were adding accessories for our needs! Great variety of vehicles for anyone, and a great parts department. If you are looking for an Indian, or other...try the the hospitality at RideNow and ask for Rich!

I had a great experience that started with Tori and ended with Bo. I was looking for a Hayabusa was was helped along the way by such a great staff. Smitty helped talk me into making the purchases without being pushy about it. I spoke to Tori over the phone and was able to get a quote before i even stepped in the door. Just bought my first bike in years and was not going to go here based on reviews. I decided to go and make up my own mind and all I can say is I had an amazing experience from start to finish. Go see Kevin in sales. This dude kept me informed over a week before making my purchase. Jose sealed the deal and was great to negotiate with. Richie in finance had me ready to roll in 30 minutes. Spoke to GM before I left and would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a bike. As a Harley rider I never thought I would purchase a Harley from a metric dealer. I don't think I will ever purchase one from a Harley dealership again. Eric was awesome on the demo and took my girlfriend for a ride in a slingshot while I rode the bike. We had a great test drive. From start to finish this was a five star experience. Saved a ton and had a zero stress buying experience.

Misty was the most pleasant service writer I have dealt with in a long time. She worked with me and the service manager, Rod, (who was also very gracious) arranging to have my bike finished when I needed it even though they were short handed and were performing an install that was not an ordinary or common job. They really took care of me well billing wise also and were very apologetic for the delay encountered and went out of their way to offer delivery options for me. In the end i couldn't be happier. Misty deserves to be an example of how a service writer should be, at least in my case. Rod also shines as a service manager.

Im not one thats big on writing reviews, nor do I give 5 star reviews since everyone and everything always has room for improvement; but there was no way I couldnt after the magnificent service I received. I brought my bike in for some warranty work with hopes of getting it back in time for an upcoming rally, in which I had already invested quite a bit into. With the rally quickly approaching and no word on the status of my bike I called and spoke with Misty who assured me against my opinion, that I wasnt being that guy who calls and bugs a shop about the status of their bike; she was extremely understanding and quickly pointed me in the right direction. I spoke with Jason as my assigned service writer was off that particular day. I was told the part would likely not arrive in time for me to attend the rally. Sensing my obvious desperation, Jason went out of his way and jumped through many hoops with the manufacture (that the average employee would have written off as not their problem) and had the part shipped overnight. I called back the day before I needed it back and spoke with Bo who followed up with my case and assured me that the mechanic performing the work would ensure my bike would not only be ready for the rally, but would also be cleaned at no charge since I likely wouldnt have time to do it before heading out. There has never been a time that I have been in the service department that it didnt seem busy; but Misty, Jason, and Bo were extremely understanding of my situation and treated me as if I were their only customer of the day. Thank you all for your unparalleled service, you guys rock!

Emailed as soon as the bike I wanted, posted on their website. Rick was very quick to respond and get me some additional pictures and information about the bike that I had asked for. Went in on a very busy Saturday to make the purchase. No matter how busy they got, they made sure to let me know they had not forgotten about me. Once they were done with other customers and their focus was on me, they never made me wait for the next step. At one point, we were having trouble getting through to my bank for financing and I got a little discouraged cause I knew I had a long ride home, but Matt kept me around and ensured me they would do anything they could to get through to my bank. They had a few phones going all at once and eventually got through. The service guy Boe did a wonderful job on making sure the bike was ready to go and also ensured me that if anything went wrong, dont hesitate to call to get it fixed. If they sold more BMWs, I would certainly be going here for my next purchase and I reccommend who ever is reading this, to take a stop in. If your looking for one of the bikes in their inventory, you wont be disappointed with your experirence.

I recently bought a Triumph T100 and hada 5 star buying experience at RideNow Concorde. My sales contact, JT, was excellent and he let me test ride several bikes on my wish list before helping me to choose the best bike for my needs and style of riding, even though I was getting emotionally attached to a faster, more impractical ride, which would have been the wrong decision! The buying process was very calm and efficient nad JT introduced me to everyone at the dealership and immediately made me feel part of their riding family. I was very impressed with the knowledge and advice from Bo in the Service department and Eric in the Service department. Everyone was very courteous and friendly and they even brought in Pizza for dinner before my long ride home. I am looking forward to spending more time at the dealership events and customizing my bike with their expert help. I recommend RideNow if you want a great bike and great service.

Same review I left on Yelp:I bought a new Yamaha here on 2/19/17. The experience was extremely smooth and straightforward. This shop is full of very hard working people. Stephen in internet sales was extremely prompt on emails and he was very informative and easy to work with. He also gave me a warm greeting when I made it to the shop. Bo went over the new bike with me. He had great information and he's a really nice guy. Jose actually RUNS everywhere he goes in this shop (!) and he was great to work with. Smitty in sales was fantastic, totally transparent on the terms, and gave me a great deal. Another sales manager (cannot recall his name) asked me several times if I was being taken care of while I waited on my old bike's trade-in appraisal. From top to bottom, every single employee I contacted in this shop was professional and helpful. Once one guy in the shop knows your name, they all do. Sure, the appraisal and paperwork took a little while, but that is to be expected. When it's time for a new bike, this is where I'm going, no question. This review is done totally on my own volition. It was not requested or even mentioned while in the shop. I really did just have that good of an experience.

Jessie did an awesome job of explaining the technical features of the jackets, helmets, and gloves I was interested in. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. As a very detail oriented person, I had a lot of questions and wanted to know a lot about the features available. Jessie took his time explaining all of the features that were a priority for me and answered all of my questions. As a newer rider, there is an overabundance of information and recommendations out there. I felt I was able to totally trust Jessie's recommendations because of his knowledge and willingness to help me find the product right for me. I will admit that the sales associate I worked with was not as knowledgeable about the bikes I looked at as I would have liked and did not really try to match my needs to his recommendations. However, I did end up purchasing a helmet and gloves and will definitely be back. Thank you!

I was in the market for a new bike and came across a RideNow add for the bike I was looking for and at a great price. I live in Virginia so I gave them a call to see if it was still available. The girl I talk to was very attentive and informed me that it was and that they had a couple of others that I might be interested in. So I told the wife and she said that we were going on a road trip the next day. We drove 6 hours to get to RideNow and the bike I had called about sold shortly after I called the day before but as I was informed they had another bike that I liked even more. The staff was great and the purchase was painless. They gave us some recommendations for dinner in the local area. We spent the night and I had the biggest smile for the entire 345 mile ride home on my new Victory Magnum.

Hosea was awesome! I felt an immediate connection. He gave me all of the facts about several of the 4-wheeler's that I asked about and helped me to understand which one would work best for the needs that I have for using the machine. I've had my 2012 Vulcan Classic for a little over a week now. Wanted to see if my enthusiasm about my purchase and the dealer experience has waned since the original purchase and it has not. Totally satisfied with Ritchie (salesman) and Richard (finance). I called a week ahead and scheduled an appointment telling Ritchie what I was interested in and he had some models set up for me to look over when I got there. My original idea was a 700cc size, but Ritchie steered me to a larger bike. Sure glad he did. The 900 has been super. I got at the dealer a little after five and both Ritchie and Richard stayed until we had the financing all in place and the bike was mine. The only hold up was the insurance piece and that was on me. My agent was not available until the next morning so they kindly allowed me to keep the bike there until Saturday. Again, totally positive experience. I have not had it in there for service yet, but I am confident that if their service department works as well as they did they will take good care of my bike.

We came to Ride Now to check out a used Victory we found on the internet. What is it they say? Never buy with your heart. In spite of a long history of tight fistedness with a dollar that is exactly what I did. I felt reassured and confidant with Polaris commitment to quality and their publicly stated goals to bring the Indian Motorcycle Co. back to its original grandeur. I was also very impressed with Ride Now of Concord making the round trip to Pennsylvania in order to deliver my bike in a timely manner, less than one week. Talk about service. Thats the type of customer service my grandfather used to give your grandfather! Unseen and unheard of these days. This was not my first experience with this dealership. For years anytime I needed parts or service for my Yamaha they always came through. I never had to wait over 24 hours for anything. That was mostly for accessories on back order. Repairs on my bike were done within hours. The staff members are highly knowledgeable and absolutely dedicated to taking care of the customer. Their great attitude and willingness to help makes it very easy and desirable to do business. Hats off the management for that. If you are considering the purchase of a recreational vehicle or in the need service or parts there is clearly no better place to spend your hard earned dollars than Ride Now of Concord.Now back to the subject of eye candy. Just an opinion, but this is the most beautiful machine ever to roll off a production line. Truly a work of art in chrome and studded leather. This bike beckons to the viewer to look, look at me, look closer, now, look again... I dont know about the rest of you but I just cant stop looking. I am totally enchanted with the beauty of this bad ass motorcycle.Being a Midnight Star owner for the last 13 years I could never help noticing the tremble and vibration of the more popular brand bikes (brand X if you will) as they sat idling at a traffic light. They would shake and rattle like Robert De Niro in the movie Awakenings I am thinking to myself, this couldnt be right. My Yamaha didnt shake anything like that. They try to blow it off as The V Twin Shake Looks more like a cam shaft out of balance to me. The Chief doesnt shake at all. Sitting on it at idle you barely notice it running. You hear it more than feel it. Considering the power and torque between your legs, that is a quality unsurpassed!

I am very pleased to say that upon delivery there are no printed words to express the joy and satisfaction I experienced on that 10 mile ride home, unforgettable! The comfort, ease and power with which this machine handles is indescribable. As I said in the beginning, soundly convinced its the right choice. I am sure that will be ratified every time I look at it, talk about it, think about it, dream about it and most of all, ride it. Needless to say when I got to the house I just kept on a getting it. I felt pressured at most of the dealerships but the entire experience at RideNow was quite pleasant. I have been riding sense 1965 and I think I will rely enjoy riding the Trike.

It was raining and 35degrees when I picked it up.

I have ridden it less than 200 miles but I love the way it handles, This is my first Trike.

I had one issue with the bike and Mike in the Service Department took care of it for me. Now I just have to figure out how to shift it with ought the transmission clunking when I shift.Thanks Wayne Laton

My son was turning 4 and said, "daddy I want a dirt bike." I wanted to get him a PW 50 for his birthday. I called Ride Now and they gave me a price I could not turn down. This past Friday i went into Ride now in Concord just kind of relax and hoping to get a motorcycle MR. I had been searching for this particular bike and deal for some time. I'm Kawasaki friendly since they began beating everything on the streets since 1975. Cut my teeth on the Kawi 650 custom years ago so my Versys fit the bill. It provided an upright street thumper with plenty of power to get me from point a to point b. The online approach was just what I was looking for so don't let the online approach intimidate you because the internet salesperson was really easy to work with 24 7 he gave me all the information I was looking for cost price whatever. Thanks to Smitty and staff, today I was able to make my son's dream come true. This may sound cliche, but trust me it's not. On January 29, 2012 my son, at the age of 21, was diagnosed with an extremely rare cancer, stage 4. He was given 3 months to live. Treatment was an option, but the specialist at Duke had only treated 6 cases and sadly all of those were deceased within 6 months. The treatment was described as the harshest none to man. Before this moment, my son was preparing to become a father. Now he had to prepare for the biggest fight of his life. And let me tell you, boy did he fight. Words cannot begin to describe what it is like to watch your child go through this. He was a man beyond his years and the stongest human being I have ever known. All I wanted was for my son to survive and have the opportunity to live out his dreams.

Fastforward to 6/20/13...After 13 months of chemo and 32 rounds of radiation, my son was told he is in remission. Every tumor had disappeared. Now it was time to fulfill a dream for my son. But it had to be awesome just like my son.

Today, with tremendous coordination from Smitty, Rick, and Beau my son got a dream fulfilled. It was very important to me that this would be a surprise. It could not have been any more perfect. He is now the proud owner of a Honda CBR600RR.

I would like to thank all of the staff for making this day one of the best days of my son's life.

Special thanks to Smitty....You did everything exactly like I wanted. I could not ask for this day to have been any better. Words cannot describe how much I appreciate all of your efforts and attention to detail.

So I bought my first bike a Yamaha Bolt from right now with the help of ducky. I've been to a few other place checking bikes out with no success. Ducky was friendly and fun when talking about the bike to helping me find something that I would like. I had been riding for a little over a year, luckily having the opportunity to ride a friend'd spare bike. When I finally decided to make a purchase, I began hitting dealerships as I passed by traveling here and there for work. The biggest problem I had was all the dealerships wanted to run my credit before even talking about the purchase. Needless to say, I was beginning to get frustrated as I did not want my credit ruined from every dealership I passed by pulling my credit. I stopped by Ride Now on a whim, just to see what they had. I had a bike in mind I was looking for, but they did not have one in stock. Not to say they could not get one, but I at the time was just looking and trying to decide on what I wanted. I ended up looking at my eventual purchase, a 2012 Yamaha Vstar 950 Tourer. When the salesman, Mike came up, he talked to me about my riding experience, what I was looking for, and how much I was looking to spend. When we began talking about price, he was more than happy to work up the numbers well before running my credit. Once I made my decision, I made arrangements to pick the bike up the following Saturday, as I was driving and wanted to ride my new bike home. They offered to deliver, but I liked the idea of riding it out on my own. When I got there to pick the bike up, they had everything ready for me to go and all the paperwork was painless and quick. I was out in no time. I have been back several times, purchase all my service parts from them to maintain my bike, and have bought several other accessories. The whole dealership is full of great people, who love what they do and are very knowledgeable. Some of the other things that they have there that show the caliber of people they have working there... They allow the local Community College hos their Motorcycle Safety Course at the dealership (which I attended), several of the bike clubs meet there, they always have something going on.. yes it all promotional, but it keeps things fun. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to purchase any kind of powersports, as they just about have it all, and you won't be disappointed. Keep it up guys!

I have bought two motorcycles from ridenow and they were great there. I asked question about the bike and they told me everything about the bikes. If they did not know they asked Around tell they found out the answer. The parts people are great. They get the parts for you and if you have to order them they will call you to let you know that they are in.The service area is the best part there. They go out of there way to help you out. When parts are in they will work with you to get your bike up asap. Mike and Casey go out of there way to help you get your bike in the shop to have all the mech work on it asap and if you have to leave your bike they call you to let you how the bike is comming or if you need to pick the bike up. Mark is the best one in the service dept. Hemakes the whole place run like a clock. I have had to leave my bike over night and had no way home and he gave be a ride to my house. Marks goes out of his way to make you feel like family.

I went to Ridenow to look for my first bike after looking at other dealerships.To be honest I was a little apprenhensive after I did a Google search because almost all reviews were negative and I was fully prepared to walk back out if I experienced what I had read about.When my wife and I walked in, we were greeted by Josh who was very interested in finding out what I was looking for in a bike (without being pushy) and immediately steered us to the bikes I was interested in.As we were talking,another salesman joined in with good imput also.Needless to say I felt very comfortable with the whole process and knew I we were in good hands and with no pressure to buy.

Needless to say,I found a Roadliner that I fell in love with.From that point Steve (finance mgr.)walked me through the purchase process with Josh close by.

Just wanted you to know Pete Cigeralle & Mike Shoe are great people my wife & I stopped by to look at Polaris ATV based on a friend recommended them over the other brands. Pete began talking to us almost as soon as we walked into the showroom he was handling another customer and ask Mike Shoe to help us. My wife & I were in town for the Dirt Track Race. We live in Delaware after talking to Mike and also finding out you sold trailers as with out that we we would only be looking as we had no way of transporting the ATV back to Delaware. The other part of the puzzle or actually deal breaker is we needed to be able to pick up on Sunday after talking to Mike & Pete it was agreed that both of them would be there on Sunday to allow us to pick up our purchase. In November of 2011 I visited The RideNow store in Concord, NC. I wasn't really expecting to purchase a bike that day, and went inside to check out the current stock of Harley Davidsons. To make a long story short, I fell in love with a beautiful chromed-out 2003 Anniversary Fatboy. And thanks to the excellent and helpful sales staff, I rode it home the same day.

Later on, I brought it back to have new bags and a windshield installed. A great job by the shop.

I just bought a 2012 Honda Shadow Spirit 750 and had a very wonderful experience. Everyone at RideNow in Concord was so nice and made my husband and I feel so welcome. Two thumbs up for a great experience. Just purchased a new Honda 750 Shadow Sprit for my wife who been riding a Suzuki S-40. This is the fourth bike we have brought from Ridenow in Concord, but the new management is Super. We looked at the bikes on Saturday and Tyler showed us different bikes that would be suitable for my wife who is a small frame person. On Monday I filled out the on-line credit application and with in approximatley one hour I received a call from Smitty and was appoved to purchase a bike. After talking with Smitty he suggested a bike that wasn't on the show floor on Saturday. On Tuesday, we carried my wife's Suzuki to Ridenow and looked at the Honda 750 Shadow Sprit and my wife fell in love with the two-tone color. We added several accessories with the help of a great salesmen from the parts department and Smitty worked wonders on the finance. After picking up the bike on Friday afternoon, I can honestly say that we have become great fans of Ridenow in Concord, NC. Thanks to Pete and his sales staff and a special thanks to Smitty. Carolyn's first ride from Concord to Norwood was great.

The purchase of my new V-Star 950 was a pleasurable experience. I dealt with Jason Welch mainly, and he was very courteous and helpful, if I asked anything that he did not know he was quick to go find someone who could answer my question, he made the whole process go smoothly.

Ride now is a great place to buy a bike everyone there is very respectful and willing to help with anything. They are very straight forward and do not beat around the bush. They let you go at your own speed not pushy at all which makes the overall buyer experience easy and care free. Everyone there is very down to earth and understanding of your needs and wants. Just can not say enough about everyone there, a true 5 star dealership. I will without a doubt be back when it is time to upgrade. The crew at Ride Now in Concord made trading in my used Victory and purchasing a new Victory easy. I hate spending time at dealerships and they did a good job getting me taken care of in a decent amount of time. Corey hooked me up with great financing and a fair value on my trade in. I bought a 2009 can-am spider limited edition form salesman named Tiny. He knew all about the bike and told me things i needed to know. He has keep in contack with me after the sale to make sure every thing was ok with the bike and if he could help me in any way. I was able to purchace a extended policy for the bike and a tire and rim policy as a piece of mine for me on a used bike.This is a great bike that everyone loves to look at. I have added many thinks to the bike and now is ready for the summer.

Great buying experience. The only downside was that I did the deal and paid for delivery only to find out it was scheduled a week out! I want to ride! If there is anything you can do to put the bike in a truck and make a 30 minute drive before then, it would be greatly appreciated....

Sales and finance were great to work with. Only issue was it took 6 hours to complete the sale. I arrived at 11:00 am and left a little after 5:00 pm but everyone at dealership apologise eveytime I was approched they even offered me pizza and drinks and I could tell they felt bad for the the long wait. OMGoodness! I walked into the dealership only to "see" if they had the 2012 Victory Hardball on the floor. Just wanted to "look" at it. Well, there it was on the showroom floor in the Victory section of this nice HUGE dealership... Here comes Jason...straight to my husband (like all salesmen do...) and my husband is nice and says "She's the one you need to talk to..." So Jason walks over and introduces himself. We chat about the Hardball bike. I ask permission to sit on the bike. I ask him to hold the front while I stand the bike up and put my feet on the footboards. I'm instantly in love! No, not with Jason (he is a cutie, but I'm married) - in love with the bike! So I circle the bike like a vulture and finally say the words... "Ok, run some numbers for me please..." Well... the rest is history... Jason and Stephen worked very hard to make my deal happen! VICTORY it was! (no pun intended) I am now the owner of the 2012 Victory Hard Ball and thoroughly enjoyed my hour ride home to W-Salem. The whole staff was just as excited as I was when I rang that bell! I was very happy that I bought a 2006 Yamaha Vstar 1100 Classic and looked at it really well and it took me a while to get used to it and rode it home and I love it alot. The people are very nice to me and took care of me and I be coming back more often to buy parts and stuff for my bike.

Visited you guys today with my girlfriend Kim. We spoke with sales guy Steve, who was being called Brad, because there was too many Steve's who worked there. He was new, started Wednesday. I would have never guessed he was new. He was very knowledgeable, knew his stuff. Kim and I both enjoyed talking to him. I was looking for a starter sport bike, and he led me to one that I LOVE. I couldn't buy it today, have to make sure I can afford it, but I want it.....BAD! I will be back. You're store manager was very nice, as well as your insurance guy Bryan Smith. Bryan was very personable. I will definitely go through him for motorcycle insurance, and may even be switching auto insurance because of him. Overall, I visited your store, expecting to spend a half hour looking at bikes. I was there for 4 hours. Not a bad thing at all. I enjoyed it very much. Dear Sir or Ma'am, I am writing this letter to commend one of your salesmen, Rick Bailey, on what I consider to be an exceptional customer service. On Sunday July 18, 2010 I purchased a Yamaha 125cc dirt bike for my son. Being as it was a Sunday, I didnt expect that the bike would be delivered to me until the following week. After the sale, Mr. Bailey offered to deliver the bike to my home that day after he finished work. Mr. Bailey loaded the bike onto his personal truck and delivered the bike on his own time after finishing a days work. I consider this to be service "above and beyond the call of normal duties". I have a 14 year old boy who was, of course, extremely excited to ride his new dirt bike and Rick Bailey made that happen. It is this type of service after the sale that separates good company sales reps from great company sales reps. He is an excellent representative of your company. Because of this type of outstanding service, your company has assuredly created a dedicated and loyal customer of me. I will definitely be passing on the good word. I want to extend my sincerest congratulations to Steve and his crew for a job well done. I decided to buy his 2001 Victory V92C deluxe from his website, sight unseen and with the knowledge that this retailer has had some issues in the past but was trying hard to regain the trust under Mr. Kolicko's direction. Please know that everything was done to make me feel as comfortable as possible in purchasing an 8yr old bike with 30,000 miles on it. All services were done, warranties were offered, and communication with Steve, Rick and Marc the service manager were very professional and sincere. My bike was delivered to me in Atlanta without fault and I have put over 500 miles on the bike without any issues. I've been in the area for a little over a year and started out dealing with Ridenow for service on my current bike. I heard through word of mouth that they were reasonably priced and did good work. They serviced my bike and also did some work for me with aftermarket parts. I'm looking at purchasing another bike and so far Seth has been very helpful. So even if we arent able to get a new bike deal worked out, they will still continue to get my business when it comes to servicing my bike.

Went with my husband to RideNow, couldn't believe alll the bikes.....my husband asked for contact via the internet and Smitty Smith called back and helped, wow that was quick and painless. Mike Shoe expertly helped my husband pick out the perfect bike and what a knowlegeable young man he was. Corey Coon got the paperwork finished as quicky as he could, very professional. Our tech Bo went through everything about the bike with my husband from the headlight to the taillight, wow he knows his stuff. I had so much fun at RideNow, maybe I will change my mind and go back there to buy my own bike!

My wife and I had a very enjoyable experience with Smitty, Mike Shoe, Corey, and Beau when I purchased my motorcycle. This is the third bike I have purchased at Ridenow and by far the best experience as a customer. I had no intention to make a purchase, I had my bike loaded ready to go to Rock Hill to trade for a S40 but I wanted to a least take a look at your bike. The first offer was almost exactly what I thought it would be which I couldnt manage. While trying to leave Smitty insisted I let him work on the price and trade in value of my Honda rebel. He made me a deal I felt very good about and in a way in which I did not feel pressured. I called 15 dealerships and only 3 tried to be helpful. But Tyler got me in the store and Smitty made the sale. Thanks guys Im a satisfied customer. I would like to thank the staff of Ridenow for getting me a great deal my 07 GSXR 750. The bike is like new and the sales staff addressed all of my concerns and treated me with respect and were very professional (even though I wasn't, sorry guys). I showed up during the Victory demo ride and got food and even though the place was packed I got the attention needed to put me at ease with my purchase. We made our 1st new ATV purchase today in Concord, N.C. We were very pleased with the overall experience. However, the most impressive employee we had the pleasure to interact with was Bo. My wife and i stoped by on saturday first of june just to look and kill some time. I have some disabilite and had to stop trail riding which i have enjoyed all my life. Had ben looking for a Victory Pitboss trike a very rare hard to find trike. Let me tell you it took all most seven weeks,but the staff here, Bryon Boyett, Smitty, & Eric Hite in parts all worked to find us a beautiful 08 Pitboss. Left with it today, and very happy.

This was a great buying expereince. Everyone that I talked to was frendly and infomative. I got the bike I wanted at a great price and all the accessories I needed. I could not have asked for a better expereince. The parts staff helped me find the right gear for me and my riding not just the most expensive gear. I had been looking for a Harley for the past year and had yet to find the one for me until I entered RideNow. I made an inquiry via the internet and got a call back the same day, a first for me. The guys at RideNow had the answers to all my questions and got me on the perfect Harley. I can't say enough about how great it was to walk into this place and come out with my very first Harley. I'm stocked and super satisfied with everything Stevie and Bryan did for me. They made a return customer out of me.

I brought a 2004 Honda Shadow Spirit recently, and although it took a while to actually get my purchase ready to ride (needed a new battery and the service staff were stretched because of getting bikes ready for their new owners) I had a great experience, Robbie and Smitty were really attentive and helpful.

If it had not been for the Trike, my wife laid eyes on, we would not be where we are now. More Together. Thanks. I also want to add, that I am unable to hold up a 2 wheeler any longer. I had originally purchased a 750 Honda and was almost in a DIVORCE. My wife went ballistic the day she came home from work and saw it. It took me a couple of weeks to get her to just go and see and look what all the riding options we could have. I had originally had in mind a 250 Honda for her and that was until we reached Ridenow Motorsports in Concord. We got there and she looked and even sat on a Honda Rebel 250, this is and was a first bike for her, and she said she was not comfortable sitting on it. She walked around the show floor there and when she rounded the corner she set her sights on a Red Vulcan Trike. She went straight to it and sat on it and looked straight in my eyes and said if you want me to ride with you, then this is the one I want. Period. That was the end of that conversation. Since then, she is riding her Red Trike and had talked me into purchasing the blue Trike, which, that is the only one they had left. I wanted to share my experience with your sales staff on Tuesday evening. The gentlemen that assisted me in my purchase were Mike Shoe and Brian (in sales). They went above and beyond by staying well past closing time to complete my purchase of a Grizzly 700 and a Raptor 90, assisting with my 12 year old son by purchasing snacks and talking to him about his interests, keeping us 100% up to date on timing as the vehicles were prepped, and for being sincerely warm and accommodating

What an OUTSTANDING all around experience! I can't begin to say enough about the extremely friendly, courteous and professional staff!
