I am writing this letter to commend one of your salesmen, Rick Bailey, on what I consider to be an exceptional customer service.
On Sunday July 18, 2010 I purchased a Yamaha 125cc dirt bike for my son. Being as it was a Sunday, I didnt expect that the bike would be delivered to me until the following week. After the sale, Mr. Bailey offered to deliver the bike to my home that day after he finished work. Mr. Bailey loaded the bike onto his personal truck and delivered the bike on his own time after finishing a days work.
I consider this to be service "above and beyond the call of normal duties". I have a 14 year old boy who was, of course, extremely excited to ride his new dirt bike and Rick Bailey made that happen.
It is this type of service after the sale that separates good company sales reps from great company sales reps. He is an excellent representative of your company. Because of this type of outstanding service, your company has assuredly created a dedicated and loyal customer of me. I will definitely be passing on the good word.
