Ride Now is the best place to go, period. I never bought a motorcycle before, but had an idea of what I needed. I got in touch with Robbie Broome (a sales assoc.), and he displayed the options available to me. What was most impressive about my buying experience, was the fact that he actually listened to what I had to say, and didn't wait for his turn to talk. I found the bike that was right for me, and that was that. I recommend anyone, a first timer, or pro to check out Ride Now, and talk to Robbie.

I have bought two motorcycles from ridenow and they were great there. I asked question about the bike and they told me everything about the bikes. If they did not know they asked Around tell they found out the answer. The parts people are great. They get the parts for you and if you have to order them they will call you to let you know that they are in. The service area is the best part there. They go out of there way to help you out. When parts are in they will work with you to get your bike up asap. Mike and Casey go out of there way to help you get your bike in the shop to have all the mech work on it asap and if you have to leave your bike they call you to let you how the bike is comming or if you need to pick the bike up. Mark is the best one in the service dept. Hemakes the whole place run like a clock. I have had to leave my bike over night and had no way home and he gave be a ride to my house. Marks goes out of his way to make you feel like family. I would like to say thanks to everyone up at ridenow in concord that you have made me feel like family. I went to Ridenow to look for my first bike after looking at other dealerships.To be honest I was a little apprenhensive after I did a Google search because almost all reviews were negative and I was fully prepared to walk back out if I experienced what I had read about.When my wife and I walked in, we were greeted by Josh who was very interested in finding out what I was looking for in a bike (without being pushy) and immediately steered us to the bikes I was interested in.As we were talking,another salesman joined in with good imput also.Needless to say I felt very comfortable with the whole process and knew I we were in good hands and with no pressure to buy. Needless to say,I found a Roadliner that I fell in love with.From that point Steve (finance mgr.)walked me through the purchase process with Josh close by. Just wanted you to know Pete Cigeralle & Mike Shoe are great people my wife & I stopped by to look at Polaris ATV based on a friend recommended them over the other brands. Pete began talking to us almost as soon as we walked into the showroom he was handling another customer and ask Mike Shoe to help us. Mike is a very nice young man and very knowledgable of not only the product we were looking at but also every thing else you have for sale in your store. My wife & I were in town for the Dirt Track Race. We live in Delaware after talking to Mike and also finding out you sold trailers as with out that we we would only be looking as we had no way of transporting the ATV back to Delaware. The other part of the puzzle or actually deal breaker is we needed to be able to pick up on Sunday after talking to Mike & Pete it was agreed that both of them would be there on Sunday to allow us to pick up our purchase. In November of 2011 I visited The RideNow store in Concord, NC. I wasn't really expecting to purchase a bike that day, and went inside to check out the current stock of Harley Davidsons. To make a long story short, I fell in love with a beautiful chromed-out 2003 Anniversary Fatboy. And thanks to the excellent and helpful sales staff, I rode it home the same day. I was in the store looking around, while my bike was in service. I had always been drawn to the Victory Vision, and the 8ball caught my eye. It actually fit my smaller frame. Jason and Corey worked their magic and got me out on a test ride. I walked out of the store, the owner of two bikes. Two thumbs up for a great experience. Just purchased a new Honda 750 Shadow Sprit for my wife who been riding a Suzuki S-40. This is the fourth bike we have brought from Ridenow in Concord, but the new management is Super. We looked at the bikes on Saturday and Tyler showed us different bikes that would be suitable for my wife who is a small frame person. On Monday I filled out the on-line credit application and with in approximatley one hour I received a call from Smitty and was appoved to purchase a bike. After talking with Smitty he suggested a bike that wasn't on the show floor on Saturday. On Tuesday, we carried my wife's Suzuki to Ridenow and looked at the Honda 750 Shadow Sprit and my wife fell in love with the two-tone color. We added several accessories with the help of a great salesmen from the parts department and Smitty worked wonders on the finance. After picking up the bike on Friday afternoon, I can honestly say that we have become great fans of Ridenow in Concord, NC. Thanks to Pete and his sales staff and a special thanks to Smitty. Carolyn's first ride from Concord to Norwood was great.

I had been considering getting a bike because of gas prices and my 100 mile commute to work each day. I had heard great things about Ride Now's selection and customer service.
I started and ended my search at Ride Now. The atmosphere at the dealership is exciting and fun. My boyfriend and I enjoyed looking at and sitting on all types of bike's that day.
My salesman Jason was wonderful. Very personable and knowledgeable. Although the process was lengthy he kept us informed the whole way through and did everything he could to expedite the financing. High five's to him and Smitty for working SO hard to get me on the bike I wanted.

I bought a 2009 can-am spider limited edition form salesman named Tiny. He knew all about the bike and told me things i needed to know. He has keep in contack with me after the sale to make sure every thing was ok with the bike and if he could help me in any way. I was able to purchace a extended policy for the bike and a tire and rim policy as a piece of mine for me on a used bike.This is a great bike that everyone loves to look at. I have added many thinks to the bike and now is ready for the summer.

Sales and finance were great to work with. Only issue was it took 6 hours to complete the sale. I arrived at 11:00 am and left a little after 5:00 pm but everyone at dealership apologise eveytime I was approched they even offered me pizza and drinks and I could tell they felt bad for the the long wait. I'm pleased with the price of the bike I purchased and the offer on my trade-in. Pete & Smithy were great and I could tell enjoy their jobs. OMGoodness! I walked into the dealership only to "see" if they had the 2012 Victory Hardball on the floor. Just wanted to "look" at it. Well, there it was on the showroom floor in the Victory section of this nice HUGE dealership... Here comes Jason...straight to my husband (like all salesmen do...) and my husband is nice and says "She's the one you need to talk to..." So Jason walks over and introduces himself. We chat about the Hardball bike. I ask permission to sit on the bike. I ask him to hold the front while I stand the bike up and put my feet on the footboards. I'm instantly in love! No, not with Jason (he is a cutie, but I'm married) - in love with the bike! So I circle the bike like a vulture and finally say the words... "Ok, run some numbers for me please..." Well... the rest is history... Jason and Stephen worked very hard to make my deal happen! VICTORY it was! (no pun intended) I am now the owner of the 2012 Victory Hard Ball and thoroughly enjoyed my hour ride home to W-Salem. The whole staff was just as excited as I was when I rang that bell! Pete was great. Easy to get aholf of and to communicate with. My insurance company wouldnt insure the bike due to the cc's. When Pete found out, he jumped on the phone, made a few calls and had me insurance within 30 minutes. Smitty was great with the financing also. After a disappointing service from another dealer, I decided to check out Ride Now. These guys know how to help you pick out the best bike. My salesman (Jason) stayed after closing for 3 hours to help me get the bike I wanted and answered any questions I had. Some other people I wanted to thank are Smitty, Pete, and the rest of the crew at Ride Now. I am glad I was able to purchase my bike from here and will be coming here for all service. Visited you guys today with my girlfriend Kim. We spoke with sales guy Steve, who was being called Brad, because there was too many Steve's who worked there. He was new, started Wednesday.
I would have never guessed he was new. He was very knowledgeable, knew his stuff. Kim and I both enjoyed talking to him. I was looking for a starter sport bike, and he led me to one that I LOVE. I couldn't buy it today, have to make sure I can afford it, but I want it.....BAD! I will be back.
You're store manager was very nice, as well as your insurance guy Bryan Smith. Bryan was very personable. I will definitely go through him for motorcycle insurance, and may even be switching auto insurance because of him.
Overall, I visited your store, expecting to spend a half hour looking at bikes. I was there for 4 hours. Not a bad thing at all. I enjoyed it very much. I hope to be back later this week to make a purchase and ring that bell!

I decided to buy his 2001 Victory V92C deluxe from his website, sight unseen and with the knowledge that this retailer has had some issues in the past but was trying hard to regain the trust under Mr. Kolicko's direction. Then Mike Shoe helped me through the process of obtaining a great price, the purchasing process, and getting the bike prepared and on my way. I've been in the area for a little over a year and started out dealing with Ridenow for service on my current bike. I heard through word of mouth that they were reasonably priced and did good work. They serviced my bike and also did some work for me with aftermarket parts. I'm looking at purchasing another bike and so far Seth has been very helpful. I had no intention to make a purchase, I had my bike loaded ready to go to Rock Hill to trade for a S40 but I wanted to a least take a look at your bike. The first offer was almost exactly what I thought it would be which I couldnt manage. While trying to leave Smitty insisted I let him work on the price and trade in value of my Honda rebel. He made me a deal I felt very good about and in a way in which I did not feel pressured. I called 15 dealerships and only 3 tried to be helpful. Had ben looking for a Victory Pitboss trike a very rare hard to find trike. If it had not been for the Trike, my wife laid eyes on, we would not be where we are now. More Together. Thanks. I also want to add, that I am unable to hold up a 2 wheeler any longer. I had originally purchased a 750 Honda and was almost in a DIVORCE. My wife went ballistic the day she came home from work and saw it. It took me a couple of weeks to get her to just go and see and look what all the riding options we could have. I had originally had in mind a 250 Honda for her and that was until we reached Ridenow Motorsports in Concord. We got there and she looked and even sat on a Honda Rebel 250, this is and was a first bike for her, and she said she was not comfortable sitting on it. She walked around the show floor there and when she rounded the corner she set her sights on a Red Vulcan Trike. She went straight to it and sat on it and looked straight in my eyes and said if you want me to ride with you, then this is the one I want. Period. That was the end of that conversation. Since then, she is riding her Red Trike and had talked me into purchasing the blue Trike, which, that is the only one they had left.
